**1.** **MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
An established Imports Company is seeking to employ an Invoice Clerk.
**2.** **SCOPE OF THIS JOB/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Capture and prepare Invoices and account statements for customers
- Ensuring that all invoices sent out are accurate and in accord to the customer’s order
- Support and liaise with all sales staff
- Assist all customer internally & externally in a friendly and efficient manner
- Deliver exceptional customer services that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast and effectively
- To abide by all company policies and procedures

**4.** **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ of experience in the position of an Invoice Clerk
- Grade 12
- Good understanding of basic accounting maths
- Previous experience on Pastel or SAGE 200 Evolution is a must
- Computer literate and at intermediate to advanced level in Excel.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 per month
