**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety & Security Manager at Franschhoek Wine Tram. The Safety & Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing occupational health and safety and security management. The role will involve establishing and ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and property, as well as managing and improving the overall security posture of Franschhoek Wine Tram.

**Qualifications**
- Physical Security and Security Management skills
- Experience in Occupational Health & Safety
- H&S Related qualifications are advantageous
- Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop security protocols
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

**Requirements**:

- Willing to relocate and/or commute to the business location
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Able to respond to safety and security situations
