The Regional Sales Manager WC will assist the Sales Manager in the development of the Western Cape Region and the monitoring of the performance of all sales money transfer and our agent and partners network activities in the market.
- Gather, monitor, analyze information and roll it out to contribute to reach the targets
- Help on the definition of main key performance indicators and ensure a follow-up of the main KPI’s within the region/country, analyzing the evolution of all of them
- Participates in the design and make the follow up of sales campaigns
- Detection of areas for improvement, identify performance deviations and proposal of action plan definition.
- Support the company´s transformation through maximize Local/Regional opportunities
- Deliver ideas and action plans to improve its Region´s results
- Interact with different areas and meet points of general interest ensuring objective

At least 3 years in a Sales role, ideally in the money transfer/remittance sector.
