As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintain and Develop sales within the given territory with a view of becoming the leading suppliers of Hernia Systems and Biosurgery solutions in Richards Bay to Margate (Coastal) Area.

**Other Key Responsibilities:

- **
- To grow and develop new business thereby building up a proven customer base and to ensure the budgeted sales are achieved, by continuously developing and updating client strategies.
- To assist where and when required, in the promotion of the products through organized exhibitions and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of various products to clients.
- To arrange that strategic HCP's attend promotional meetings and to facilitate the follow up of these HCP's to ensure efficient benefit is achieved from any given meeting.
- Submission of planners and reports on a weekly basis to the direct line manager
- Attain budgeted monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Sales Force (SFDC) CRM usage to manage territory sales funnel

**About You:

- **
- 3 year Degree or Diploma. Medical/Clinical degree is a plus
- 2 to 4 years Sales Experience in Medical Devices or Capital Equipment or Fresh Graduates with Internship / learnership (0-1 year experience) from Medical / Clinical background
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Theatre and attending surgery is advantage
- Confident in communicating and representing the product portfolio and themselves
- SFDC experience
- Code 08 Driver License
