**We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. We are wanting an avid A/B tester who is prepared to be agile in their approach and ensure the best possible outcome for everything they do.**

**There is always more than one way to do something, and this role will require a visionary who is confident in their ability to discover alternative routes to Treasure Island. Our offices are situated in Bergvliet and we are currently operating on a hybrid work model.**

**What you would get to do every day**:

- **Create engaging content for our social media, newsletters, paid advertising and website.**:

- **Provide analytics and reporting on all marketing efforts.**:

- **Assist the team with creative copywriting.**:

- **Develop a marketing strategy in line with company vision and mission.**:

- **Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.**:

- **Assist the Director with growth strategy implementation.**

**Required Experience**
- **Relevant Marketing Degree/Diploma**:

- **1-5 years’ experience within a marketing position**:

- **A solid understanding of paid advertising**:

- **Experience working on newsletter campaigns will be advantageous.**:

- **Strong organisational skills and the ability to think ahead and anticipate opportunities.**:

- **This person must be curious by nature and should be hands on when it comes to problem solving. Our sleeves are always rolled up and our hands are always dirty.
