An ambitious and pioneering UK Accountancy firm is enlarging its team in their **Cape Town **office. They currently have a position for a **Junior Marketing Manager** to join their team, working **hybrid **in South Africa. As a **Junior Marketing Manager**, you’ll be mastering the art of bids: from start to finish, you will ensure every detail shines. Engaging with potential clients to uncover their needs and desires.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the entire bidding process from start to finish.
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients.
- Create tailored bid documents to respond to Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with agility and customization.
- Produce final bid submissions utilising InDesign and Microsoft templates.
- Working with partners to drive best practice throughout the process.
- Gather feedback from the potential client after the process is completed.
- Generate and refine fresh content: assess recent bids, offer suggestions for enhancing submissions, and stay current with the latest bid practices.
- Review tender results and generate quarterly statistics.
- Play a role in enhancing the capability of the proposal team.
- Develop standardised documents and self-service resources for the broader organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or relevant.
- 2-3 years of previous experience working in Proposals and Bids.
- Skilled at supporting senior team members to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in proofreading and editing.
- Demonstrated writing abilities in tenders, web content, advertising, and direct mail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in a professional services or collaborative partnership setting.
- Databases with a relational structure and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- R350 000 - R450 000 / year (based on relevant experience)
