Job Summary:
As a Junior Marketing Manager at Solarquest, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing initiatives and driving the growth of our solar energy solutions. You will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote Solarquest's solar energy solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts, monitor social media conversations, and engage with the online community to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics and preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messages and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to propose innovative ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in marketing or related roles is preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and messages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
