This, paired with the tools and industry leading training we can provide, can give you what you need to be our next recruitment superstar. **Onboarding Co-Ordinator** The ‘Onboarding Co-Ordinator’ role will sit within the Onboarding Team, they provide a crucial role for our core business operations. All contract placements are processed through the Onboarding function, to ensure that contractors are eligible for and screened for the role that our consultants want to place them in to. You will be joining an inclusive and welcoming team, where you will not only be able to collaborate with all parts of the business but will with great development and upskilling opportunities. This role would suit someone from an administration or customer service background who has good attention to detail as well as being comfortable working in an often reactive environment. **Responsibilities**: - Validating Limited Company statuses. - Managing any agreed additional onboarding requirements. - Creating beneficial internal relationships with consultants to facilitate the onboarding process needed to fulfil placements. - Delivering high customer service and a high standard of work for all stakeholders. - Ensuring that the onboarding process for contractors is completed compliantly, within a defined timescale. This may include following up with the contractor for documentation or information, processing screening checks with third parties and/or engaging with the owning consultant to confirm requirements of the role or support with contractor engagement. - Attending meetings with key clients as part of regular or ad-hoc reviews regarding the contractors being onboarded at that time. This can range from providing a status update, reviewing any issues or instances of non-compliance or training around new client processes. - Building productive and lasting relationships with sales consultants across the business with the aim of providing a world class service to their contractors and clients and being able to proactively spot opportunities for simplification and improvement. **Skills, Competencies and Experiences**: - Experience of working to defined SLAs. - Good technology skills, including Outlook, Excel, CRM and app-based systems. - Strong customer service experience. - Knowledge of current employment checks. - Previous on-boarding experience. - Strong stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and relationship building skills. - Confidence in responding to any non-compliance, including resilience and the ability to deliver difficult messages. - Attention to detail, and ability to constantly maintain required processes. - A team player, able to work collectively to protect the business against risk. - Proactive and self-motivated. **What we offer**: - Excellent Development Opportunities - Apprenticeship opportunities - Competitive basic salary - Flexible working opportunities - Incentives **Next Steps** Upload your CV and if we think there is a match, a member of our Talent Hub will be in touch and arrange a phone call to discuss your options and answer any questions you might have. **_"I've told any agency I speak to that if you want to be world class compare yourself to Gattaca as they have set the bar." - Safran, RPO Client._
