Working closely with our clients, our operations and our support teams, we consistently deliver top decile performance. **ROLE DETAILS** - **Support the HR & Recruitment Manager with the development and execution of Kura’s employee engagement strategy. Assist in planning and implementation of inspiring and measurable engagement activity which align to our vision and values.**_ **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ensuring that the business employee engagement strategy is understood and communicated to management and employees. - Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and positive working environment. - Creation of engagement activity that promote and explain our vision, strategy, and culture across a range of events including team building, employee committees and recognition events. - Tracking and analyse of engagement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. - Working with third party partners in line with Engagement strategy - Event management - Providing Marketing with engagement activity collateral - photo's / written content to market - Collaborative work with Internal committees **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS** - A relevant marketing and/or communication degree or equivalent experience is essential. **SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITY** **Essential** - Communication Skills - Verbal and written Communication - Stakeholder Analysis and Relationship Building - Skill in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups - Event Planning and Management - Ability to plan and execute engagement events, considering logistics, budget and participant engagement - Strategic Thinking - Skill in developing and implementing long-term engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals - Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to adjust strategies based on evolving organizational needs and changing stakeholder dynamics - Digital and Social Media Literacy - Knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to leverage them for effective engagement. **Act with integrity at all times when representing our business and its people** - Ambassador for KURA values and brand Preferred - Solutions orientated - Endless enthusiasm with determination to over achieve on set target **Next Step** Ability to commute/relocate: - Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Diploma (required)
