Property Contracts Coordinator

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous job Contractor coordination experience would be preferred but not essential. An energetic and hardworking persona are more important though.
- Professional customer service skills.
- An analytical mindset is required to complete all required obligations within appropriate timeframes.
- Multitasking skills required to balance numerous different projects at the same time at different stages of completion.
- High standard of communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Problem solving and working within a team successfully.
**DUTIES**
- Efficiently schedule works for completion using the company software to maximize revenue and minimize travel times and business costs.
- Invoice and report on successful property maintenance completed
- Extensive liaison with the UK Team undertaking the required ensuring customer interaction.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling of work needing to be completed.
- Follow up on all maintenance jobs from start to finish.
- Problem solving for areas that require attention.
- Ensure all contractual obligations have been covered.
**Salary**: R15,000 - 21,500 per month
