We provide a range of services to our clients, including respite care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, daily activities, and school holiday programs. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our offshore team based in the Philippines.

**Job Overview: Digital Marketing Specialist**

This role is tailor-made for an experienced digital marketing specialist, who is comfortable working in a virtual environment. You will be responsible for crafting and executing advertising strategies that leverage the power of Google Ads and Facebook Ads, driving measurable results for our clients. Furthermore, you will oversee the creation of graphic content for these campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating with graphic designers, and ensuring that every ad goes live with maximum impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, develop, and manage comprehensive Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns that align with client objectives and budget.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing ad graphics that resonate with the target audience, briefing the team on design requirements and campaign goals.
- Project manage the graphic campaign creation process from briefing to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and the final product aligns with strategic objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating with graphic designers and other team members to deliver projects on time.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working efficiently in a virtual environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
