**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expertise digital marketing management and thorough understanding of all mechanics of paid media across social and digital platforms (essential)
- Ability to review, analyse and interpret data from multiple platforms to support marketing and business decisions (essential)
- Expertise in brand, product and retail marketing management, ownership of a communication strategy and delivering marketing initiatives through a high-performance marketing team
- Demonstrable experience in executing communication strategies across multiple channels: social, digital, ATL and direct marketing
- Experience and proficiency in social media targeting and understanding performance output of campaigns
- Knowledge and experience in SEO, Meta, Google Paid & Organic, lead generation and best practice execution of digital marketing
- Ability to brief and engage with digital agencies as well as be able to interrogate campaign outcomes and ROI
- Understanding of eCommerce (online sales and websites) and the front end of websites from a customer experience and aesthetics perspective
- Technologically savvyPossess the ability and flexibility to navigate the dynamic retail environment whilst understanding the critical importance of reading and reacting rapidly to data and analytics

**Qualification and Experience**:

- A relevant undergraduate degree is highly advantageous
- 5+ years Digital Marketing ExperienceExperience in leading a marketing team

- Project Management (activations, new store openings, launches, CSI, etc.)
