We have a new position available for a **Shipping Manager** to join our lovely team in Century City. This is a great opportunity to work for an industry-leading international mobility provider

The position would suit an experienced shipping professional who is looking to join a dynamic, established company with substantial growth plans.

**Responsibilities include and is not limited to**:

- Effectively managing imports & exports from start to finish
- Liaise with shipping companies (both domestic and international)
- Dealing with escalated inquiries from customers in relation to international shipments.
- Managing daily shipping issues and troubleshoot delays alongside the shipping team
- Review and monitor the performance of logistics partners.
- Monitoring Shipping team performance.
- Keeping up to date with custom changes.
- Assist with inventory control both physically and on the system.
- General administrative duties.

**Key Skills**:

- 2-3 years experience in the shipping and distribution sector as a Shipping Manager.
- Have a solid understanding of the global shipping market. (Knowledge of air, sea and road shipments)
- Have up to date working knowledge of customs legislation, procedures and documentation concerning export, import, declarations, preferential treatments and Inco-terms;
- Have exceptional attention to detail;
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good numerical and literacy skills
- Be computer literate
- Have ability to make decisions and use own initiative

**Salary**: Market Related
