Supervise all civil and earthworks activities on-site to ensure compliance with Eskom specifications and project standards.
Manage teams and sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate site activities, reporting progress, and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality control throughout project stages.
Uphold strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

**Requirements**:
Experience in Eskom-spec transmission yard projects (must have worked on 132kV, 88kV, or 400kV substations).
Proven experience in supervisory roles on large-scale civil and earthworks projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to be based on-site at Sun Central De Aar (first project location).
