**About the Role**

**Your objectives in this role include**:

- ** Enhance the efficiency of the ERP end users**:

- Secondary point of contact for system support to a growing user base
- Support the System Administartor on the Core ERP systems, Syspro 7, Syspro8 and SysproPOS at a 2nd line lvl by attending to tickets logged and updating end users with status changes
- Assist in installing, configuring, and supporting 3rd party modules for Syspro
- ** Maintain data continuity, security, and system functionality**:

- Ensure system readiness and functionality throughout
- Understand and maintain business processes that are implemented in Syspro
- ** Work cross-functionally**:
**About You**
- Strongly analytical
- Eye for detail
- Not apprehensive to phone calls and after-hours communication required to resolve issues
- Adaptable and react to changes in the business but can also think proactively and anticipate needs as we continue to grow
- Strong collaborative approach and are able to build effective relationships, drive user satisfaction and resolve pain points with a sense of urgency which you do with a smile. Passionate about maintaining order, integrity and reliability of our financial systems and reporting solutions
- Able to find a balance between maintenance, support, innovation, and process improvement for effective time management and prioritization

**Your experience and education**:

- Relevant tertiary or studying towards, (B.Comm or Informatics or Business Analysis)
- Experience with the Syspro ERP technologies on an administrative/support level advantageous
- Experience with SQL database structures and SQL queries
- Experience on SysproPOS advantageous
- Understanding of data structures and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel advantageous
- Able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies
