We are seeking a passionate and driven ERP Support Consultant to join our team and take our financial software infrastructure to the next level. As the primary point of contact for system support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our ERP end-users and ensuring the continuity, security, and functionality of our financial reporting solutions.

**To qualify, you'll need**:

- Relevant tertiary (or studying towards) qualification advantageous (B.Comm,
- Informatics, IT, Business Analysis)
- Experience with the Syspro ERP technologies on an administrative/support level
- Experience with SQL database structures and SQL queries
- Decent understanding of accounting and the financial models of Syspro
- High attention to detail required
- Excellent written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking
- and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel advantageous
- Able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and
- across functions and geographies
