Administrator : Distribution

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily and monthly reporting where necessary
- Manage files for D.E.C, Internal Audit, and customer surveys
- Assist Logistics staff and customers with general queries
- Daily admin housekeeping in all offices including managing stationery and cleaning product supplies for logistics
- Take minutes for distribution meetings
- Handle Distribution HR matters and liaise with HR department
- Assist with Owner Driver queries when required
- Assist with the processing of returns before invoicing
- Invoice of all delivery notes
- Assist with capturing of short deliveries into the short delivery template
- Control POD’s and debriefing process and ensure registers are completed
- Assist with Owner driver file data e.g. BEE certificates, contract details
- Assist with collections, checking of stock, and loading of trucks
- Take customer calls and assist with queries
**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Computer skills - working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of ERP System
- Good overall department timekeeping skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to work as an individual at times as well as in a team environment
- Sage X3 experience will be an advantage
- Hands on problem-solving ability
- Good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer Service Orientation
- Ability to work overtime and on Saturdays/Public holidays when required
- Minimum Matric/Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience in similar position
