- As a **Student Services & Admin Coordinator**, you'll take on a customer-facing role that combines student engagement, event planning, admin support, and social media content creation in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and run a variety of social, cultural, and volunteering activities
- Supervise and accompany students on activities (day, evening, weekend)
- Promote and sell activities in person and online
- Manage relationships with tour/event suppliers and ensure quality and profitability
- Oversee weekly student arrivals, answer queries, and coordinate with interns
- Support payment/refund queries and general school administration
- Run and grow the volunteering programme; handle all related communication and logistics
- Assist with social media content creation (Instagram, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Support student course extensions and walk-in bookings
- Liaise with global sales agents and maintain accurate records
- What We’re Looking For:

- Start date: 1 July 2025 (or mid-June if available earlier)
- Degree in tourism, hospitality, event planning, or similar
- Strong organizational, communication, and admin skills
- Outgoing, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
- Familiar with Cape Town and passionate about customer service
- Comfortable with social media and content creation tools
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent English: driver’s license is a plus
