Mr Price Logistics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Distribution Center (DC) Manager to join our team at our new Johannesburg facility. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a high-paced, ever-changing environment and is passionate about using the latest technology to drive efficiency and cost reduction
- Qualifications: - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management or relevant qualification
- Proven experience as a DC Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and distribution processes.

- Experience with implementing and managing advanced technologies in a DC setting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the distribution centre, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement and manage advanced technologies to optimize logistics and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to align distribution activities with overall business objectives.
