Qualifications: What You’ll BringA Diploma/Degree in Production/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or similar.5-7 years’ experience in a production or warehouse environment, with proven leadership capability.Solid working knowledge of:Lean principles and continuous improvement People leadership and team development Budget management and cost optimisation

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
Drive Operational Excellence
Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimal workflow.
Deliver against departmental KPIs while keeping a close eye on cost control.
Embed Lean/Kaizen methodologies into day-to-day routines.
Elevate Processes
Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs.
Use data and insights to reduce downtime and boost throughput.
Lead operational excellence initiatives across the DC.
Lead & Grow People
Coach and mentor supervisors and emerging talent.
Build strong succession pipelines and high-performing teams.
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development.
Champion Safety
Ensure strict compliance with the OSH Act and internal safety standards.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and foster a zero-harm culture.
Proactively manage and reduce safety risks.
