Leading hygiene solutions company that provides services primarily to the Food Processing, Retail, Animal Health, Human Health, Mining, Hospitality and Catering Industries is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their sales division.
**Work Experience and Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Sales Service position in the chemical cleaning industry servicing Food Services, retail, hospitality, janitorial and laundry industry.
- Training Experience Beneficial
- Knowledge and Experience of technical systems and equipment in the hospitality, food service, janitorial, laundry and retail industry will be a requirement.
- Successful sales history in the Food Services industry
- Project Management experience will be an advantage.
- Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and identifying needs and wants.
- Ability to close effectively on a one-on-one basis, presenting benefits of company to prospective clients.
- Workable knowledge of CRM systems
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
Grade 12 (Matric)
Diploma or Equivalent in Sales and Marketing will be a requirement
Qualification in Hospitality management and or Food technology will be an advantage.
Computer Literate
Valid code 08 Drivers License
**Duties**:
- Ensure budget achievement of current customer base. In field sales and service calls. Enhance new business development within the existing customer base by providing solutions and introducing new products and/or enhanced solutions and develop. Maintain and expand current customer base through building a harmonious and service orientated relationship with clients, Identify and resolve customer.
- New Business Development by presenting and selling company products and services to pre-identified customers and to continuously build relationships and promote the company to create an awareness in the market place and to increase company market share.
- Product Knowledge & Skills Development which ensures personal growth and development by continuous self
- analysis and attending enrichment programs (Time Management, Communication skills, presentation skills, technical skills, product knowledge, market research and knowledge of competitors etc.).
- Administration which includes implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures by reporting on sales activities, submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports, quotes and proposals as per the measurement criteria as stipulated, and the submission of customer documentation and reports as required.
- Customer Relations which include regular meetings with key customers at H/O level to understand customer needs and opportunities, to identify value add opportunities, drafting of all customer SOP’s and monthly reports, and report on and implement corrective measures based on customer needs and in field sales staff feedback, and audit reports.
- Staff Management which includes Support Sales Staff on in field technical and administrative issues to ensure customer satisfaction, NBD Consultant
- direct management of KPI’s Food Service Consultants
- indirect management of day-to-day activities to ensure aligned with Food Service strategies and processes oversee and manage Johannesburg based Retail staff - day to day activities.

- Jet Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
