Your Role

The mission of a Pentravel travel expert is to WOW every single customer with enthusiasm, exceptional travel knowledge, and genuine care.

Your day-to-day will look like this:

- To research and scour through the millions of deals out there to find your client the BEST possible solution
- Delivering exceptional after-sales support to your clients
- Fully committing yourself as part of an amazing team

You Will Be Responsible For

Using all the tools at your disposable to upskill yourself and ensure you are always at the top of your game

Working with your team to ensure your clients always feel all the warm and fuzzies

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of work experience in a Sales and/or customer care role
- Solid experience in face to face customer support

- ** International Travel, travel consultant experience, or a qualification in travel will be advantageous.
