**Primary Purpose of the Job**
- Manage Waste Partners on behalf of the Company.
- Manage your Waste Partner Assistant’s day to day functions and accuracy and effeciancy of adhoc quotes
- Assist your assist on a day to day basis managing sevice delivery queries with Waste Partners as and when required to ensure a smooth relationship is experienced between our Customer’s Expectation and our Standards.
- Liaise and engage with Waste Partners on a regular basis.
- Negotiate pricing with waste Partners and ensure PGS get the best pricing on a continual basis.
- Pricing and record of pricing to be sent through to Aftersales administrator.
- Ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLA) or appointment letters are signed by all Waste Partners, and are kept up to date.
- Ensure that all the appointed Waste Partner’s, Licenses, are up to date and are applicable to the Waste stream they handle in terms of NEMWA and NEMA.
- Manage and keep Waste Partner Register updated.
- Find new Waste Stream Partners at competitive pricing as and when new customers come on board.
- Assist Finance Department with the Credit and Debtors Management of our Waste Partners.

**Main Tasks**
- Management of Waste Partners
- Manage Waste Partner assistant on quoting cliens timeously.
- Ensure best pricing is received for recyclables.
- Find new Waste Partners when new customers come on board
- Ensure all Waste partner licenses are up to date and on the portal.
- Recyclers of waste streams to be found on a continuous basis, nationally.
- Engagement with Customers when requested
- General Administration
- Manage and ensure accuracy and efficiency of assistant.
- Authorise hazardous and adhoc quotes fom assistant
- Manage assistant’s order control and adhoc recons

**Management of Waste Streams**
- Responsible for the entire management of the Waste Streams the company records and reports on
- Create the codes on the Web Portal
- Continuously reassess the market prices for Waste Streams sold to Waste Partners - ensure that the company and its clients are getting “best prices” for the waste generated at a site.
- All new and updated prices to be be given to Aftersales Administrator.

**Hazardous Waste - Nationally**
- Responsible for the appointment and finding new Hazardous Waste Partners
- Obtain Waste Licenses from the relevant Waste Partners
- Manage your assistant with all Hazardous Waste Quotes to customers and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously check quotes being generated and ensure that the agreed margin has been obtained.
- Assess market prices continuously that customers receive the best hazardous prices in the market
- All new and updated prices to be given to Aftersales Administrator.

**General Landfill Waste - Nationally**
- Responsible for the appointment and finding new Waste Partners
- Obtain Waste Licenses from the relevant Waste Partners
- Manage your assistant with all Waste Quotes to customers and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously check quotes being generated and ensure that the agreed margin has been obtained.
- Continuously reassess market prices for Landfill Waste Streams and ensure that the company and its clients are getting “best prices” for the waste generated.
- All new and updated prices to be given to Aftersales Administrator

**Engagement with Customers**
- Engage with Customers as and when required
- Assist with Customer Queries regarding Waste Streams and the disposal thereof in conjunction with the field Managers, Area Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, National Operations Manager and Waste Partners
- Give feedback as and when required

**Sales-to-Go-Live Process**
- Ensure during this process that the Client Informationform Form is filled out correctly and all information is obtained.
- Waste partners are appointed before go live date and waste streams and prices are given to the Aftersales Administrator.

**General Administration**
- Resolve complex orders with the Admin TEAM.
- Assist the Finance and Admin Manager with doing spot checks on the Web Portal to ensure paperwork is correctly captured and uploaded.
- Assist the Finance and Admin Manager with the close off of monthly packs and reports to customers as and when requested.
- Report all general and red flag issues to Management timeously**Inherent Requirements**
