Marketing & Sales Manager

The duties will include:
- Promoting the Group of Companies’ existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures relating to marketing.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Keeping Social Media updated with current offerings, successes etc.
- Browsing Media daily to establish mentions of the Company and to manage communications in this regard.
**Requirements**:
Minimum: Diploma or degree in Marketing or related industry
Minimum 3 years experience in a similiar role
Must have previous management experience
Experience in Fleet or Logistics industries would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
