A young professional procurement clerk to assist the company with dealing with all stock.

**Who are you?**

- You have solid Negotiation Skills
- You have an eye for details
- You are able to multitask

**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Full purchasing function and issuing purchase orders
- Allocating Cost and assisting with stock control
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Evaluating suppliers, products, and services
- Negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality
- Checking stock to ensure there is no over ordering
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Ordering and accepting orders
- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
