**Responsibilities**:
- Office Admin
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Assisting with Internal Sales & Followups
- Managing Social Media Accounts (Fineline Design & Wrap Vehicles) with content creation
- Handling Card Payments
- General Office Supply Ordering
- Assisting Senior Finance Administrator
- Petty Cash Controller
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 Qualification
- Own reliable vehicle transport and valid driver’s SA drivers’ license is essential
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a office administrator/receptionist
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Hard worker
- Ability to work well within a team
- Fast learner with an eager mind
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Must be able to start within 2-4 weeks
Salary market related.
