-To lead the development and implementation of the Centre of Excellence for the Human Capital (HCM) cloud solution and change management programmes to support organisational transformation, and drive organisational culture programmes aligned to the mission and strategy of the South African Reserve Bank (the Bank). -Detailed Description -- To lead and manage the updating, adoption and integration of the HCM Cloud solution across all stakeholders -- To Manage the HCM Cloud user support. -- To coordinate the management of system enhancement requests and new releases when applicable. -- To drive the governance, strategy and planning of the HCM Cloud solution and its operations. -- To monitor and track the performance of the HCM Cloud solution and manage data and reporting. - Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of culture programmes to strengthen the desired culture, embed the Bank’s core values and enable SARB Ways of Work. -- Develop and facilitate enablement sessions to support HRBPs, management and staff on areas of expertise. -- Support organisational effectiveness with a proactive, structured and well-informed employee wellness communications programmes. -- To conduct regular meetings with the Divisional Head: Rewards and HR Operations to communicate management information, operational objectives, and to ensure that priorities are appropriately coordinated. -- To provide regular feedback on the development and implementation of the Centre of Excellence for the HCM cloud solution to relevant Committee. -- To comply with the Bank’s policies and legislative requirements in order to adequately mitigate risk and achieve the Bank’s objectives. -Job Requirements A minimum of an Honours degree OR equivalent in Social Sciences/ Human Resources/ Organisation Development, NQF 8 - A minimum of 8 - 10 years in Change Management OR Organisation Development OR Human Resources Management Additional requirements include: - Change management Knowledge and Skill -- HR project management Knowledge and Skill -- Effective communication -- Building and maintaining relationships -- Analysing & problem solving -- Planning & organising -- Conceptual thinking -- Manages complexity and ambiguity -- Innovation and creativity -- Promoting team work -How To Apply All interested parties are invited to apply. - All available vacancies will be visible. - To log in (right-hand side of the screen): - Is this your first visit to our Job Site? > Register today (ensure that you include all your qualifications and skills during the registration process) ; or - Already registered on our Job Site? > Already registered? > Login here. - Select Date posted > Last 6 weeks (in the dropdown menu). - Select the appropriate IRC number to view the full advertisement. **The SARB offers remuneration and benefits commensurate with the level of the position and in line with the market.
