Enterprise Digital Transformation Manager

The **Enterprise Digital Transformation Manager **will manage the IT digital project portfolio for the The Company Group in terms of fit to overall roadmap, budget, planning, execution and sustainability. This role will also be responsible for the execution and implementation of enterprise-wide digital solutions and refining operational processes to improve employee and customer experiences, operational efficiency, and productivity. This role will encompass both technology and process aspects of digital transformation with a focus of owning change management and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Re-engineering, optimising, simplifying and rationalising current legacy processes to improve existing execution services
- Creating and driving new ways of working across the organisation, including adoption of projects/initiatives delivered through innovative/disruptive technology
- Dedicated to driving digital transformation across the organisation as we shift towards agile practice at scale
- Leveraging the power of cloud computing technologies
- Ensuring new initiatives, projects and changes are successfully implemented as per business requirements.
- Work with all company departments most notably human resources, finance and operations teams as their digital transformation team. Other interfaces include external product suppliers to deliver the company digital roadmap that provides optimised tools to support process efficiency as well as the internal information technology division
- Function as the IT Digital Champion and deliver the The Company Group digital roadmap objectives. Specific reference is made to digital back office, digital operations, new business models / customer experiences, digital foundations, governance skills and culture
- Integration and alignment of agile frameworks and methodologies to accelerate agile adoption across the organisation
- Create, compile and drive the implementation of divisional operational plans
- Develops and manages training program in support of organisational digital operational capabilities
- Plans, deploys and tracks roll out of specific change management and sustainability plans
- Establishes and manages pilots studies with operational departments and suppliers to support decision making
