Online Sales Representative

- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
**Customer Assistance & Support**
- Assist customers in navigating the online store, selecting products, and completing their purchases.
- Provide detailed information on products (sizing, materials, availability, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
**Sales Generation**
- Encourage customers to make purchases by suggesting products, explaining promotions, and offering relevant upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company sales goals.
- Follow up with customers who have abandoned their carts or expressed interest in products.
**Order Management**
- Process online orders accurately and ensure they are shipped in a timely manner.
- Track and manage order status, updating customers on delivery times and potential delays.
**Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on the latest clothing trends and product lines offered by the store.
- Educate customers about product features, promotions, and benefits.
**Marketing Collaboration**
- Assist with online promotions by sharing discount codes, promotions, and special offers with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product descriptions and ensure listings are up to date.
**Social Media Engagement**
- Engage with customers through social media platforms, answering questions, promoting products, and encouraging engagement.
- Monitor social media feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales teams.
**Feedback and Reporting**
- Report daily sales, customer feedback, and common issues to the management team.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and any potential areas for improvement in the online shopping experience.
- **Qualifications**_
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using social media and live chat platforms.
- Must have their own internet connected device (Laptop/Smartphone).
