**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**: Oversee daily office operations and provide general administrative support.
**Staff Supervision**: Supervise the company cleaner and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
**Executive Support**: Manage the CEO’s **travel arrangements** and **diary**, ensuring seamless scheduling.

**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and **take accurate minutes** for internal and external meetings.
**Finance Assistance**: Support the **Finance Department** with administrative tasks, record-keeping, and document processing.
**HR Support**: Assist the **HR Department** with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
**Event Coordination**: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and corporate functions.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Administrative qualification (advantageous)
- 3-5 years experience as an administrator
- Proven experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
