A Technical Project Manager will oversee the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients preferences.
**The detail**:
**Key Focus and Duties**:
Takes Product Manager requirements and defines in enough technical details to be estimated by the dev teams.
Creates wireframes and user stories where required.
Manages the various projects and enhancements running simultaneously in order to meet the scope of work required on time and on budget.
Attends and collaborates in all scrum ceremonies and 3rd party status meetings.
Oversees UAT testing with support before delivery to PMs.
Owns and priorities backlog for a 6-week runway.
First-line direction on product decisions for dev pod
Communicates with Stakeholders to ensure dev pod is aligned to business unit expectations.
Gets quotes from 3rd parties for projects that involve development.
Manages project budgets and deadline delivery.
Communicates with Scrum Master to track and support sprint commitments.
Skills and Key Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Working knowledge of product development architecture
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
Ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work with large teams
Understanding of design quality standards

You have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
2-3 years' Experience as a Software/Technical Product Owner
Strong observational skills.
