Our client based in Cornubia Durban is looking for a Technical Manager with Solar knowledge or experience

**Desired Experience and Qualification**:
Management skills to manage and direct team

Ability to prioritize tasks

Technical background with solar /electrical experience

Clear understanding of labour law

**Duties**:
Enforce and train technical rules, regulations and legislation

Ensure engineers meet targets and fully execute tasks accordingly

Technical planning for projects

Examining the company’s resources management and looking for ways to boost employee productivity

Trouble shooting electrical issues

Preparation / Revision of Internal Technical packs and planning documents

Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production

Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development

**Behavioral skills required**

Must be able to communicate at all levels

Must be a person of integrity

Must have a high level of commitment to accuracy and quality

Must be technology inclined

Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Must be innovative and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Must be safety conscious
