**Clinical QA Administrator**
- Permanent Part-time position available:_

Workability (Pty) Ltd is looking for a part-time clinical quality assurance agent to review physio and occupational therapy pre-authorization requests, assessments and reporting. Based in Cape Town.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- 2-3 years clinical experience, preferably in a vocational rehab setting

○ Bonus: experience working in an interdisciplinary team, understanding of COIDA and chronic pain would be beneficial
- Computer literate

○ Office Suite, with exceptional excel skills.

○ Google drive and all associated functions
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to follow directions but also work independently without micro-management.
- Very good written & verbal communication skills.
- Follow through to completion i.e., results-driven.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Be able to formulate and follow through on a plan of action but be flexible/adaptable if the situation requires the plan to change.
- Eager to learn.

- A confident, skilful and adult communicator with all external and internal stakeholders

The position is for remote working, with Teamwork days at least twice per month.

Rate: R13 000pm
