Talent Attraction and Engagement Manager for Emerging Markets is a brand new role in this rapidly growing region for Citi. The role is operating within the EMEA wide Talent Attraction and Engagement team and represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to become instrumental in taking Citi’s recruitment marketing strategy to the next level in the Emerging Markets region. The overall objective of this role is to lead effective data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns and attract top talent for Emerging Markets cluster with a focus on Sub Sahara Africa countries. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement talent attraction strategy in the respective countries for both, Professional Hires and Early Career Programs - Manage off-line and on-line recruitment marketing campaigns - Prepare marketing materials and implement marketing campaigns - Use recruitment metrics and analytics to influence recruitment strategies and run effective talent attraction activities - Regularly interact with business stakeholders and HR on talent attraction activities - Participate in other HR related projects Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in off-line and on-line marketing campaigns organization - Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation options - Ability to work independently as wider team are remote - Fluent English, knowledge of French will be beneficial - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Recruiting - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
