The Senior Manager Sales Talent Transformation

NTT Ltd needs a senior Sales Talent Transformation leader to drive sales talent transformation strategy execution through transformational development initiatives and programs aligned to the sales enablement strategy. NTT Ltd is on a transformation journey and at the heart of that transformation are our client facing sales and go-to-market teams. These client facing teams require the capability to lead the change to retain our clients through value selling our new solutions and services while consistently landing new opportunities across our full-service offer portfolio.

The NTT Ltd sales organisation spans 200 countries and consists of multiple sales personas from front line quota bearing salespeople and management to presales and specialists onto client success. The sales talent transformation leader must own the talent strategy execution for the sales organisation and design, build and deliver transformation sales training and development that empowers each sales persona to deliver value to our clients.

The Senior Manager Sales Talent Transformation Job Profile Summary
- Manages the team responsible for creating and delivering sales training and development programs that drive solutions knowledge and client insights to the salesforce.
- They collaborate with regional sales operations and HR leads and other central functions to oversee the curation and delivery of training and development content, and instructor led training to help the sales organization sell more effectively.
- Ensures consistent reiteration and reinforcement of the NTT Ltd sales methodology and process to enable buyer action based on behaviour research and knowledge
- Deploy continuous training programs focused on specific sales personas, content curation, and performance measurement.
- Focus is on teaching sales personas to engage effectively with clients with differentiated, tailored experiences to identify, advance, and close sales opportunities.
- Manages the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for sales managers and sales personas, namely front line, presales, and specialist sales.
- Joins in partnership with other HR professionals to assess and implement sales talent transformation programs in line with other organizational development programs, processes, and training initiatives to support organizational strategies.
- Determines company needs for sales leadership development, sales succession planning, sales career management, sales competency, and skills training.
- Develops and delivers sales training content, methods, and materials for training sales personas and may conduct courses.
- Takes full responsibility of global sales persona onboarding
- Works with the senior Sales Strategy and Operations leadership team to leverage best in class research, advisory and professional services consultants to ensure NTT Ltd.’s sales talent transformation strategy is relevant and empowers the business strategy

The Senior manager Sales Talent Transformation’s role ensures their team is fully empowered, enabled and skilled to provide a full comprehensive support on sales training and development for all sales processes, tools, methods, and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

The role of Senior Manager Sales Talent Transformation supports the development of transformational sales roles like specialist sales, hunters with targeted training curricula and development programmes. This position is responsible for managing the implementation and administration of learning and development programs for sales personas specifically, and reinforces the sales policies, and procedures. This individual collaborates with regional internal stakeholders (sales operations and Sales Leadership) to provide sales coaching and leadership programs with the objective of enabling their teams to achieve the sales strategy. They manage and co-ordinate activities and initiatives related to the overall sales transformation with a hyper focus on driving a learning culture in the sales organisation.
