**We are looking for a**:Field Services Assistant

**Responsibilities for this role are**:

- Handle couriers and parcel shipments.
- Unpack, charge, clean, and clear equipment after each job.
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized FS office environment.
- Manage stock control of FS clothing.
- Handle staff clothing deductions.
- Communicate job details to staff.
- Set up equipment and user access for jobs.
- Set up Yoco product and categories.
- Send login details in the tablet Whatsapp group.
- Manage equipment check-in on inventory software.
- Update and complete tasks on Trello/Zoho for team collaboration.
- Perform data clearing, charging, and packing of equipment.
- File job folders and close jobs on Zoho.
- Manage tickets in Yoco backend.
- Add testimonials and event feedback to job records.
- Ensure proper equipment sign-out and sign-in by Supervisors.
- Handle adhoc tasks as needed.
- Ensure devices have SIM cards, data, and proper settings.
- Pack equipment and necessary documentation for jobs.
- Coordinate equipment collection from the office.
- Maintain regular updates and checks of electronic devices.
- Assist with pre and post-event administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work onsite when needed.

**Requirements**:
The ideal person for this role has:
Experience and Education
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or operational support role preferred.

Skills and Traits
- Flexibility to handle adhoc tasks and work outside regular office hours, if needed.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness for packing and courier duties.
