**Job Title: Quality Control Technician**

**Location**: Midrand, South Africa

**Work model**:On Site

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Maintain inspection reports SAP and LIMS
- Perform inspections across all stages of production (Raw Materials, Finished Goods) as per set cycle time
- Must have good knowledge of basic sensory techniques and experience
- Provide Quality Control support for Nonconformance (opening, investigation and close off)
- Ensure compliance and maintain Environmental Monitoring Plan program
- Maintain 5S in the laboratory
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment as per Quality Control procedure, ensuring all instruments and equipment are kept clean

**You bring**
- A Ndip/B-tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology & Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in ERP systems SAP & LIMS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
- Knowledge of topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety
- Can work well under pressure
- Must be good with time management
- Can work independently and in a team
