**PREVIOUS OR CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL IS PREFERRED**
Do you thrive in customer service and love interacting with people? We're on the hunt for a Car Rental Agent to join an energetic team If you're a people person with strong upselling abilities and you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for providing customers with a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, using your upselling talents to recommend extra products and services, driving additional revenue and managing bookings, inquiries, and vehicle returns. It is vital that you deliver excellent customer service, build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A valid driver’s license
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
A proven ability to upsell and meet customer needs
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A stable and continuous work history
