Accurate and holistic assessment of non-medical claims, including but not limited to Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance claims in accordance with terms and conditions of the policy, S.A legislative frameworks and goals, objectives, processes and standards set by FNB Life.

Are you someone who has:
Knowledge
- An understanding of the long-term insurance industry and claims handling processes.
- Knowledge of Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance Products.
- Knowledge of Credit Life

- Accurate, methodical and detailed in all aspects of work
- Able to handle pressure, prioritise and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and build relationships and be a team player
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively

Technical Competencies:

- Computer Literacy, Word and Excel
- Business Process Improvement
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Financial and Accounting Control
- Financial Systems Administration
- Have 1-2 years practical experience on assessment of Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance products.
- Have at least 2-3 years’ medical claims assessment experience
- Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Completion of ASISA claims assessor course or equivalent would be beneficial
