Our client, a well-known Software Development House in Kloof, Durban, has a position available for an Office Administrator who will fit in culturally and have a smooth transition into our team.

**Key Duties**:
Assist with day-to-day admin tasks.

Scheduling meetings/Interviews

Updating documents

Populating SLA reports

Monthly office budgets

Assisting with Team events

The person will work closely with the Support team, accounting team and HR team and report directly to the HR Manager

**Requirements**:
Matric

Tertiary qualification or studying towards one BA/BCom etc.

Younger individual with a driver’s license and own vehicle.

**Salary will be based on Experience and ability to perform.**

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
