The Marketing and Sales Executive leads the national implementation of AIFT’s integrated marketing, enrolments, CRM, and stakeholder engagement strategy across all modes of delivery (Contact, Blended, and Distance). The role ensures that AIFT's marketing campaigns are coordinated, its student acquisition targets are met, and that CRM data informs decision-making at all levels.
The position supports the CRMSO in achieving institutional visibility, brand coherence, and enrolment sustainability through leadership of campus teams, digital systems, and campaign execution.
**2. Key Responsibilities**
**2.1 National Enrolments Strategy Execution**
- Oversee intake-based enrolment plans across campuses and delivery modes.
- Translate strategic enrolment targets into operational activities and daily workflows.
- Lead pipeline monitoring from enquiry to registration, using CRM dashboards.
- Coordinate reforecasting, underperforming programme alerts, and corrective actions.
**2.2 Marketing Campaign Coordination**
- Coordinate institution-wide implementation of awareness, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Align regional marketing teams and graphic design outputs to central campaign themes.
- Ensure messaging, delivery mode distinctions, and visual branding meet MA3 standards.
- Liaise with Manager: Marketing Strategy and Branding to ensure campaign compliance.
**2.3 CRM System Oversight**
- Supervise Lead Squared CRM System Administrator to ensure workflow integrity, user compliance, and automation efficiency.
- Monitor conversion rates, dormant leads, and pipeline trends to inform resource allocation.
- Provide CRM performance reports to EMT, Senate, and academic heads per intake.
**2.4 Team Leadership and Campus Coordination**
- Provide direct oversight to Enrolments Officers, Call Centre Team Leader, Response Team Leader, Schools Liaison Officers, and CRM Admin.
- Ensure staff KPIs are aligned to campaign phases, intake targets, and CRM tasks.
- Lead performance meetings with Campus Managers and School Officers to ensure enrolment targets are localised and met.
- Supervise onboarding, re-training, and quality assurance of front-facing staff.
**2.5 Cross-Functional Integration**
- Collaborate with academic and operations units to align admissions, timetables, and onboarding dates with intake plans.
- Support the Executive Office in joint ventures, outreach events, and external engagements.
- Coordinate with Corporate Engagement teams to convert employer leads into group enrolments.
**3. Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Education Management, Business Development, or related field (Postgraduate preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of managerial experience in a regulated educational marketing or sales environment
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Lead Squared or Salesforce)
- Knowledge of CHE, DHET, SAQA, QCTO requirements relating to public communications
- Demonstrated success in managing national student recruitment or marketing campaigns

- Stakeholder satisfaction (campus teams, academic units, CRMSO)
