Bloom’s Sales Consultants need to be highly skilled individuals, tasked with closing hot leads that come through to bloom’s brokerage via its various marketing and channels existing customers.

**Ensuring high-level sales performance as a representative.**
- Engage with existing and pre-qualified customers to offer value-added benefits.
- Assessing customers’ current and future needs/interests and confidently match them to the right option and close the sales.
- Following up timeously with clients who have previously expressed interest and ensure that all follow-ups are done as per original agreement with the client.
- Complete sales with customers as per agreed targets for daily sales volumes, conversions, and quality assurance (TCF)
- Ensure all customer information is captured accurately.
- Ensure that all reported sales are captured as per bloom sales capture process

**Self-development and innovation.**
- Communicate need / desire of additional training or courses to Team leader.

**Teamwork**
- Forge positive relationship with team members, as well as colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Work together with colleagues for the better of each other and the wider business.
- Ensure that your attitude is always one that is supportive of wider business goals.

**Remuneration**
- Basic: R5 000,00
- Commission: R7 000.00 average - uncapped
