Personal Assistant: Executive Head

Description
**1. Provide secretarial and administrative duties (TCF)**
- Attend to all incoming calls
- Attend to and sort mail
- Manage Executive Head diary
- Arrange and co-ordinate internal and external meetings/functions
- Compile and type letters
- Order stationary
- Liaise with IT on technical issues
- Attend to payment requests and credit card statements
- Record keeping of all committee documents and correspondence
- Receive visitors for Executive courteously
- Compile Presentations and Reports
- Monitor budget
**2. Plan and organise meetings of the Executive Head.**
- Compile and distribute board packs and meetings/committees
- Compile and co-ordinate monthly management reports
- Provide executive with all relevant documentation Arrange refreshments for meetings
- Compile and distribute agendas and notice for meetings
- Take and distribution of minutes
**3. Arrange for travel, accommodation and other requirements of the Executive Head.**
- Make and process travel and accommodation arrangements
- Process related claims
**Requirements**:
**Formal Education**:
- Matric
- Secretarial Diploma
**Technical/Legal Certification**:
- MS Office Advanced
- Minute Taking Course
**Experience**:
5 years’ experience as an PA reporting to a Executive Head
