We are hiring a **Sales Assistant #SALES**

This position is based in our Menlyn Park branch.

This person must be Enthusiastic, Optimistic, Solution-oriented and always go the extra mile in what he/she does.

This role will be dealing directly with our high net-worth clients. It must be second nature for this individual to enjoy positively and energetically engaging with clients.

*Exceptional sales skills and strong experience in the retail industry is essential. *Experience in the consumer electronics industry or mobile technology is advantageous.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet our clients in an optimistic, and friendly manner
- Assist with client requests and inquiries
- Selling of Company Products and services - NB
- Keep the Front of House area impeccably neat at all times
- Engage with our clients to ensure a seamless Customer Journey
- Client Communication (quotes, job status updates etc)
- Manage incoming calls alongside your team
- Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card)
- Printing and Processing Invoices
- Stock Taking & Stock Management
- Keep the Front of House area impeccably neat at all times

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years of Retail experience
- 3 years experience in a Sales focused role
- 3 years of Administrative experience
- Experience in the Technology / Cellular space is advantageous
- Matric (Grade 12) or Diploma in further studies

- Emotionally Intelligent
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to navigate difficult situations with unhappy clients
