**Minimum Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Front Office supervisory or assistant management experience in a hotel environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) — essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest challenges with professionalism and poise.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, and Guest Services.
- Supervise, train, and motivate Front Office staff to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain brand standards.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, efficient room allocations, and accurate billing procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching of team members.
- Monitor front office financials, including cash handling, credit procedures, and daily reports.
- Support in implementing and maintaining hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of guest records and ensure data accuracy within the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure front desk area is well-organized, clean, and fully equipped at all times.
