Currently we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator for Durban, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes.
Planning, management, and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure smooth shipping, deliveries and collections.
Dealing with Warehouses (Stock levels, logistics and work orders). Inventory control and storage space maintenance. Ensuring that storage space is constantly maintained and does not build up with un-necessary stock for storage.
Support the Financial Department insure they always receive all relevant documentation.
Price comparison of shipping and or warehouse. Acquire quotes and research on warehousing and or transport.
Creating a plan or timetable for the movement of shipping, deliveries and collections.
Responsible for preparing shipping documentation and providing shipping company support to ensure a smooth shipment.
Managing driver, scheduling collections and deliveries to various chains and ensuring all drivers tasks are completed in a timeously manner and monitoring these times.
Book shipments / parcels with Couriers for local deliveries.
Tracking and coordinating all shipments and orders.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Bachelor degree holder in related field.
Two to five years experience as Logistics Coordinator.
Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good Organizational skills.
