**ABOUT MSF**
Doctors without Borders (MSF) is an international, independent, Medical humanitarian organisation committed to two objectives: providing medical assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion, natural and man-made disasters; and speaking out about the plight of the populations assisted. MSF offers assistance to people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. Today, MSF is present in more than 70 countries, where thousands of MSF doctors, nurses, logisticians, water-and-sanitation experts, and other medical and non-medical professionals work together to bring essential health services to people caught in humanitarian crises.
**Background**
Health promotion and education are fundamental components for outbreak control. In MSF settings, those are traditionally implemented through analogue media (posters, flyers, etc.) or personal contact (community meetings, discussions, storytelling, theatre, etc.).Following outbreak of COVID-19, many of those interventions became harder or impossible to implement. Additionally, in places / communities where connectivity makes it feasible, digital platforms and methodologies - digital health promotion (DHP) - are starting to play a crucial role for facilitating MSF’s health promotion activities. However, many field teams do not have experience, expertise or capacity to plan, implement, manage and evaluate digital community interventions. This further encourages the need to expand the capacity for digital HP interventions in MSF missions. Therefore, a digital HP Unit in MSF has been created. The Digital HP Capacity Building & Analysis Manager will take a part in this team to support MSF field HP teams in those activities. This role will focus on providing dedicated ongoing support to countries with digital HP officers (hubs) in order to capacitate these roles to independently develop and manage campaigns. This role will as well focus on analysing the results of the Campaigns, and operational research aspects of DHP activities. The other roles in the unit are the Coordinator of the unit, the Digital HP Community Manager, the Social Media Manager and the Graphic Designer.

- Build DHP capacity in hubs, allowing them to independly run DHP campaigns

- Liaise with qualitative research focal point to improve DHP reporting mechanism

- Setup and maintain weekly support and monitoring schedule with DHP hubs in order to provide complete support, training and capacity building of DHP officers
- Provide comprehensive dedicated hands-on support in setting up campaigns in DHP hubs and developing sustainable DHP strategy and capacity
- Liaise with other team members in DHP Unit in order to facilitate specific capacity building (digital skills, content production, campaign management, HP assessment, etc.) based on needs identified in DHP hubs.
- Work closely with team members in DHP Unit in order to improve DHP reporting mechanism and reports structure
- Drive conclusions identifying areas of impact of DHP campaigns on project activities through consultations with DHP officers and HP teams in the field, as well as through detailed analysis of DHP campaign results and reports.
