Role - Internal Sales Consultant

Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Inventory control - Maintaining stock holding of products and ranges under your care.
- Meeting targets - all actions to meet goals set out.
- Managing customer accounts - dealing with all client enquiries and complaints.
- Marketing - promote products through short term marketing efforts.
- Quoting - generating client quotes and informing relevant departments regarding sales.
- Managing expectations - managing the expectations of your client is essential regarding stock holding and service offerings.
- Documentation - documenting client information and supplier information.
- Answering client calls and diverting calls to the necessary colleagues.
- First port of call for clients.
- Invoicing and generating quotations for clients.
- Following up on quotations.
- Reporting.
- Reconciliation of petty cash.
- Assisting staff and clients with further requirements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
