Internal Counter Sales Consultant required in Cape Town.

Are you an experienced counter sales consultant with a proven track record of adding value to a busy organisation? Our client requires a technically orientated individual who is a quick learner to manage their counter sales for spare parts.

Join this successful and vibrant counter sales team in Epping to form part of their successful team managing clients requests telephonically and face to face advising on their needs and offering solutions. Manage stock in the CRM system and be involved on the parts section in all areas of administration.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Proven experience with sales of parts for the motor vehicle sector
  • Excellent communication skills and well presented to deal face to face with clients
  • Proven people skills with communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Must be computer literate and have worked on an inventory system
  • Ability to use initiative and be solution orientated

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and responding to enquiries telephonically and face to face at the parts counters
  • Provide product information and options
  • Process quotations and closing of sales
  • Manage and organize sales paperwork and process date requirement on the CRM inventory system
  • Update customer and inventory databases
  • Handle administrative tasks like stock receiving, and filing
  • Assist in generating new business through networking and follow-up on client enquiries
