The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. If youre passionate about sales, have a professional approach and enjoy engaging with people, Id love to hear from you Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales targets through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.Generate leads and convert them into sales.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.Assist with general administrative tasks when required.Requirements:Good Microsoft Word & Excel skillsFully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)Proficient in Pastel (essential) What Were Looking For:Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Pastel to process quotes, invoices, or orders.
